No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless the product is damaged upon arrival. Please ensure that you select the correct items and sizes before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps for a quick resolution:

1. Contact Us Immediately:

  • Email us at support@techtails.store within 1 day of receiving your order.
  • Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product.

2. Assessment and Approval: Once we receive your request, our team will review the damage and determine the best course of action.

3. Replacement or Refund: If the damage is verified, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost to you, or
  • Provide a full refund for the damaged product.

Please note that refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take a 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

As we do not accept returns, we cannot offer exchanges unless the product is damaged upon arrival. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • We cannot process returns for products that have been opened or used, except in the case of damage during transit.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If your return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other cases (if applicable), the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
